FamilyID

• FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. 

• Parents/guardians register through FamilyID, entering accurate and up-to-date health history for each sport in which a student athlete participates. This provides the school athletic trainer with the most current information regarding concussions, injuries, or circumstances that may affect a student athlete since their last physical examination and/or sports season. Enrollment in FamilyID indicates parental consent for participation. 

• Steps to Register

  1. Click on the green button above for the season’s registration form. Scroll to bottom of page and click on Sign Up as a Family or Individual

  2. Sign Up for your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, parent/guardian email address and password. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders)

  3. Click on the link in your email confirmation and then fill out the information requested on the registration form. [Complete your registration.] You will receive an email from FamilyID confirming your registration. You can log into FamilyID at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s). If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail you are not registered. 

  4. Please fill out all information correctly - including the students Mansfield Schools email address! This is the primary way coaches and the athletic department will communicate with your athlete. 

  5. Please create ONE account.  You can register multiple family members for multiple seasons under the same account.  In other words, there is an account and then there are your registrations for that account.

• Support is available 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, and messages will be returned promptly.

Payment: 

• Payment is collected in your final step of registration.  In FamilyID, you will be redirected to MySchoolBucks, our online payment portal, where you will remit your User Fee payments via credit card or check.  This step must be complete before registration is final. 

• Online ImPACT Testing will be done online. Once you have registered, freshman and juniors will receive an email from "Support" at ImPACT test.  If you do not receive this email, please reach out to carrie.ciccarelli@mansfieldschools.com. 

• Please note - you do not need a PASSPORT ID.  Simply bypass that page.
